At its heart, The Masons Arms will be a proper Devon village pub — a well-stocked bar, a friendly atmosphere and quality pub food made to be enjoyed without fuss. At The Masons Arms, our food is rooted in the traditions of the British countryside — generous, comforting and full of flavour, but with a fresh, modern approach. Our menus celebrate the kind of food we believe a great country pub should serve: familiar British favourites, carefully cooked, thoughtfully presented and made with quality seasonal ingredients. From slow-cooked meats and proper Sunday roasts to fresh vegetables and classic puddings, the emphasis is on honest cooking and great produce.
There’s a touch of the modern gastropub about what we do, but without losing the relaxed character of a rural village pub. Expect traditional flavours alongside more contemporary combinations, with menus that change to make the most of the seasons and produce available to us.
