Situated in the quiet village of Knowstone, Rosemary Cottage is ideally placed for riding, walking (information on the Two Moors Way above) or fishing on Exmoor, with good access to the lovely North Devon coastline. Offering tastefully decorated and well appointed accommodation and a hearty to healthy breakfast. There is one double bedroom and one twin, both with luxurious private shower rooms, bathrobes, TV, comfy chairs and tea & coffee making facilities.
West Bowden Farm - Long & Short stay
West Bowden Farm is a working farm situated one mile from Knowstone just North of the A361 Atlantic Highway. West Bowden borders a nature reserve, Exmoor and the route of the Two Moors Way. The farmhouse accommodation consists of double, twin, family and single rooms, two being on the ground floor and a cosy guest lounge with digital television. All our rooms are en suite complete with tea and coffee making facilities,clock radio and a colour television.

Originally part of the Stoodleigh Court Estate, which was built in 1881, the coach house and stables have had a variety of uses over the years. The renovation project commenced in 2011 and we are now open for business.

Little Owl - Short breaks (3 or 4 nights)
Little Owl Cottage is a grade II listed thatched character cottage hidden away in the small village of Knowstone on the edge of Exmoor. Little Owl was built in the 16th Century and the lounge exudes charm and character with a large inglenook fireplace with original bread oven and a wood burning stove, large window seat and original ceiling beams.

The Mornacott Cottages are located in a scenic valley at the edge of Exmoor National Park close to the town of South Molton and located around two miles from the arterial North Devon Link (A361).
Our three cottages, Orchard Cottage (sleeping 8), Barn Cottage (sleeping 6) and The Old Stables (sleeping 6) comprise tastefully converted farm buildings offering all the modern conveniences that you would expect located within the boundaries of a 650 acre working farm.
Lewtrenchard Manor - Long & Short stay
Magnificently set in a secluded valley beneath the wild tors of Dartmoor, Lewtrenchard Manor is a luxurious country house virtually untouched by time. Mentioned in the Domesday Book, this idyllic family-owned property is steeped in history: the Jacobean manor that now stands in these impressive grounds dates back to the early 1600s.

Our cottages are set in 10 acres of rolling pasture land in the heart of the peaceful valley of the River Yeo with far reaching views of Exmoor. Tastefully converted from old farm buildings retaining many character features including exposed beams and latched doors, our seven stone cottages are arranged in an attractive courtyard setting and sleep between 2 and 6 people plus cots. Alternatively, they may all be booked out together to accommodate up to 35 plus 7 cots!

Whether you are looking for a relaxing rural break or a stop off on the way to more distant parts of the South West Fernside is ideal. Fernside is located on the edge of the hamlet of Templeton Bridge, just 14 miles from junction 27 of the M5.
